• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 Exchanges

• If your item is defective or damaged, we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, clearance items, and personal-use accessories (like earphones) cannot be returned.
